All orders are handcrafted by our artisans and are made to order at the time of order unless otherwise noted. All orders will be processed as quickly as possible, generally within 3-5 business days.

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes and fees that may apply. Bella Leaf Boutique is not responsible for delays due to customs. Shipping times are general and do not guarantee exact delivery date. All orders lost during the delivery period are not the responsibility of Bella Leaf Boutique.  Exchanges
All of our pieces are custom made within 1-5 days of placing the order. All orders are made for the stated size unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand. Bella Leaf Boutique is not responsible for inaccurate measurements and relies solely on the information provided by the customer. 
 
Please take a moment to accurately measure your wrist before ordering. It's best to get the size correct the first time. We will charge a resizing fee of $15 that includes shipping both ways. Resizing means remaking the piece. 
 
 Replacement
Damaged/Defective Items:
Bella leaf Boutique items are hand-made by our artisans – each unit inevitably reflects inherent uniqueness. Customers can expect that no two items will look exactly the same or as pictured in showcase photos.
 
Great effort is expended on packaging design intended to protect product during shipping and handling. In the rare event damaged, defective or incorrect items are received, Bella Leaf Boutique will exchange the product with new product. Bella Leaf Boutique asks that any damage be reported within 30 days of receipt.
 
To ensure proper replacement, please be sure to include photographic evidence of all damaged items and original packing slip. If there is a defect in the product such as a broken band we will replace the piece. Please email us at Guarantee@BellaLeafBoutique.com with your order number and a photo of your defective product and we will replace immediately. This “defect” is only for broken and wrong product. Preference for bead size, coloring or alignment is not considered defective. 
 
 Please remember these are all unique handmade pieces and perceived “imperfections” are part of the charm of the product.
 
  Returns
Product orders cannot be canceled, returned or refunded once payment is received because these are all custom orders. Please be sure of your wrist measurement and style choice before placing an order.
 
Returns for reasons other than defect or damage – including refusals, no longer needed, and/or cancellations while in transit will not be accepted. Returns must be received within 30 calendar days or the return authorization will be canceled.
Bella Leaf Boutique does not cover shipping costs for returned items or refund for original shipping cost.
 
| MEASURING DIRECTIONS |
Please take a moment to accurately measure your wrist before ordering. It's best to get the size correct the first time. I do charge a resizing fee of $15 that includes shipping both ways. Resizing means remaking the piece. 
 
Please use a thin string or floss to wrap around your wrist. Butt the ends up precisely then cut or mark the string with no gap, overlap or slack. Every 1/8th of an inch off can result in a poor fit. Then place it on a ruler for your precise measurement. A thin (1cm) soft cloth measuring tape works too. A thick soft tape is not recommended

| ROSE GOLD FINDINGS |
Bella Leaf Boutique has scoured the world high and low to bring quality materials to compliment your LEAF. The Rose Gold findings are a 14k Rose Gold Filled or Rose Gold Stainless steel. While we do our best working with our suppliers the coloring may be off slightly, we will not refund due to tone difference. 
 
| HOW TO STORE YOUR JEWELRY |
Your two main priorities when storing your gold and silver are to avoid tarnishing/dulling and avoid scratching. To avoid tarnishing you will need to reduce the amount of moisture in the air. Store each piece of jewelry in a separate cotton or jewelry bag. The bag needs to be able to breathe, if the bag is airtight it may sweat which will cause tarnish. Good quality Jewelry bags are usually treated with chemicals that reduce tarnish. A good quality jewelry bag will save you a lot of trouble in the long run. The pieces should be stored individually if stored together the pieces will scratch each other. If available place a moisture absorbing product inside your jewelry box. White chalk, charcoal or silica gel will absorb the moisture.
 
| HOW TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF YOUR JEWELRY |
  • Apply makeup and perfume before putting on your jewelry. The chemicals will damage sensitive gemstones and tarnish metals like silver or plated jewelry. 
  • Remove jewelry when cleaning. Ammonia, detergents and other household chemicals will damage jewelry. 
  • Do not shower with your jewelry on for the same reasons as the above point. In addition to damage from chemicals any jewelry which falls off (soap will loosen rings), you will lose your jewelry to the plug hole. 
  • Do not swim at the beach or swimming pool with jewelry on. Chlorine and salt will damage your gemstones and metals. 
  • Gold and silver are soft metals and will bend easily. Avoid doing anything strenuous with gold and silver jewelry on.
