We ship our sparkle around the globe! At this time, we are excited to offer international shipping to the following countries on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and United Kingdom.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

Prices are displayed in US dollars, and are exclusive of taxes. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes and fees that may apply. Bella Leaf Boutique is not responsible for delays due to customs. Shipping times are general and do not guarantee exact delivery date. All orders lost during the delivery period are not the responsibility of Bella Leaf Boutique. If you are concerned as to whether your package will make it to you, please contact us or use a shipping program such as www.MyUS.com

We process and ship orders from our New Jersey warehouse Monday through Friday. Processing time for pre-order or custom pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the item page or your order confirmation. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email, or track your order by clicking "Account" and then "My Orders."

We offer secure one-step checkout with credit card and Paypal for international orders. If your billing address is located in a country that we do not ship to, PayPal will be the only option at checkout.

We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. See below for our full policy.

We currently offer USPS Worldwide to the following countries: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and United Kingdom.

USPS First Class International to Canada: $13 shipping charge BEFORE DUTIES AND TAXES. After your order has shipped, it will generally take 8-14 business days (M-F) to arrive.

USPS Priority Mail International to Canada: $35 shipping charge BEFORE DUTIES AND TAXES. After your order has shipped, it will generally take 6-10 business days (M-F) to arrive.

USPS Priority Express International to Canada: $45 shipping charge BEFORE DUTIES AND TAXES. After your order has shipped, it will generally take 3-5 business days (M-F) to arrive.

USPS First Class International to the rest of the world: $1shipping charge BEFORE DUTIES AND TAXES. After your order has shipped, it will generally take 10-17 business days (M-F) to arrive.

USPS Priority Mail International to the rest of the world: $45 shipping charge BEFORE DUTIES AND TAXES. After your order has shipped, it will generally take 6-10 business days (M-F) to arrive.

USPS Priority Express International to the rest of the world: $65 shipping charge BEFORE DUTIES AND TAXES. After your order has shipped, it will generally take 3-5 business days (M-F) to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

We happily accept qualifying returns for a full refund please see our Return Policy HERE  Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached, and postmarked within 30 days of the ship date. We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.

NON-QUALIFYING ORDERS PERSONALIZED

Custom-made pieces, including monograms, personalizations and nameplates, are handmade to order and cannot be returned.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the gift.

RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

All international orders require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To obtain an RMA code, email guarantee@bellaleafboutique.com with your name, order number, and the items you’ll be returning.

Your original invoice and RMA code number must be included with your return. Please mark the appropriate return code(s) on your invoice.

You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as duties and fees, are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
